So in this post, I’m walking you through exactly what it looks like to work with me, from the very first step all the way through your finished build, so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 1: The Application

Everything begins the moment you fill out my client intake questionnaire. From your side, this step is simple, but it sets the foundation for everything that follows.

You’ll complete this when you schedule your discovery call, and it’s more than just a form. It’s how I start getting to know you and your business.

Inside, you’ll share things like:

• What you offer
• Who you serve
• What you’re currently working on
• Where you need support

This helps me understand what kind of systems will support your goals.

It also acts as a filter to help me determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. Because the truth is, the best results happen when we’re aligned from the start. 

Step 2: The Discovery Call

Once your application is submitted, we’ll hop on a discovery call together, and things really start to take shape.

We’ll talk about:

• Where you are in your business right now
• Where you want to go over the next year (and beyond)
• What you’re currently struggling with
• What kind of systems would best support your growth

From there, we map out exactly what you need.

I love these calls, because we get to have a real conversation about you and your business. It’s like a collaborative planning session where we map out exactly what you need. No guessing. No confusion. Just a clear, customized plan.

If it feels like a good fit on both sides, I’ll suggest the services that I believe will best support you and provide a clear proposal and quote. 

This way, you can make a confident, informed decision. No pressure (really!).

Step 3: The Decision

Once you’ve had time to review your proposal, you get to decide whether it feels like the right next step for your business.

If we both agree that it’s a great fit… that’s when things get really exciting! Because now, we’re not just talking about what’s possible, we’re actually making it happen.

You’ll move forward by scheduling your build week and locking in your spot on my calendar. From here on out, you’re no longer trying to figure everything out on your own. You have a clear plan, dedicated support, and a timeline for bringing your vision to life.

Step 4: Onboarding 

After you book your project, I’ll guide you through a smooth onboarding process.

You’ll receive:

• Your agreement
• Your initial invoice
• A set of pre-work instructions

And before you worry - No, this isn’t going to feel overwhelming. I’ve designed this process to be as simple and painless as possible.

You provide your branding details and content, using the worksheet that I’ll provide to you. I’ll let you know exactly what’s needed and how to pull it together quickly. 

I’ll also request access to the platforms or tools I need (like your Kajabi account), so I can fully take this off your plate.

Step 5: The Build

Once everything I’ve received all of your onboarding materials, it’s time for your build week.

This is where you get to exhale a little… and I get to take the lead and do what I do best.

During your dedicated build week, I wil:

• Build your funnel or member area
• Set up your pages, emails, and automations
• Connect all the moving pieces
• Test everything to make sure it works smoothly on both desktop and mobile

You don’t have to hover or manage the process. You can actually relax, knowing it’s being handled by someone who knows exactly what they’re doing.

My goal is not just to provide a functional funnel or course portal, but to create a system that feels aligned with your brand, works seamlessly behind the scenes, and supports your business growth long-term.

At the end of your build, you’ll receive:

• A fully functional system inside Kajabi
• A video walkthrough showing you exactly how everything works
• A guide to help you use and maintain your new setup with confidence
• Post-project support to make sure you LOVE your new system and are totally comfortable using it

Instead of feeling stuck or piecing things together late at night, you’ll have something clean, organized, and ready to support your business growth. 

“But How Long Will This Take?”

This is one of the most common follow-up questions I get—and it’s an important one.

The short answer?

Most projects are completed within one week. That’s the beauty of a focused, project-based approach.

As long as I have everything I need from you before your scheduled build week, I’m able to complete your setup within that dedicated timeframe.

For more complex or multi-stage projects (e.g. a lead magnet funnel and a sales funnel with checkout), I’ll map out a clear timeline for you in your proposal so you know exactly what to expect.
